Employees and other persons may report suspected violations of law, the Code of Conduct and Ethics, or other ethical concerns through Ionic Digital’s confidential reporting channel. Employees may submit concerns confidentially and anonymously, where permitted by law. Concerns regarding accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing matters, or questionable accounting or auditing matters will be handled in accordance with procedures established by the Audit Committee. Ionic Digital prohibits retaliation against any person who makes a good-faith report or participates in an investigation.
